Alberto Del Rio And Paige Break-Up?

According to reports circulating the internet on Sunday, Alberto Del Rio broke things off with WWE’s Paige over the weekend. The breakup reportedly happened on Saturday night in Orlando, according to Raj Giri at Wrestling Inc.

The two have been dating for right around one year, with a public engagement being made last fall.

According to a source, Del Rio (now wrestling under the name Alberto El Patron) basically said “enough is enough” and realized he had reached his limit in the relationship. Interestingly, the pair appeared to be having a good time in Orlando over the weekend. Paige had posted pictures on her Instagram account of the two vacationing at Universal Parks (as seen below).

Paige appeared to comment on the break-up Sunday via Twitter with the following tweet.

Io Shirai Not Expected To Start With WWE Anytime Soon

In a recent post on her blog, Japanese wrestling star Io Shirai noted that she is currently suffering from a neck injury. This will apparently prevent her from starting up with WWE anytime soon. According to her post, she will be re-evaluated in July, and that will determine her start date here in the United States. The injury was reportedly found during a WWE medical test.
