Something says this isn’t working so well. With less than a month to go before Money in the Bank, there’s not much left to do to set up the show on Monday Night Raw. We have the majority of the spots filled for the ladder matches and a good chunk of the rest of the card is set up as well. Therefore, what is there left to see with so much television to go? Well this week saw a bunch of matches of little consequence between people who had already qualified. How much of an audience did that draw?

According to 411mania.com, this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw drew 2.668 million viewers and a .89 rating in the 18-49 demographic. These numbers are down 1% and 2.6% respectively from last week’s 2.741 million viewers and .9 demographic rating. It should be noted that last week’s show was taped from London, which traditionally means a smaller audience than usual. Thi..

It’s no secret that Sasha Banks has fallen down the ladder of the Women’s Division over the past year. A lot of fans want to know the reason why The Boss hasn’t been featured like she used to on WWE programming. As it turns out, there are several reasons why.
It’s been reported that Sasha’s attitude could be to blame, or she might just be taking a backseat for others to have the spotlight. Regardless of her current position with WWE, the former Raw Women’s Champion isn’t planning to leave the company any time soon.

According to WrestleVotes, The Boss signed a new contract with the company sometime last week. Traditionally, WWE offers three or five-year deals to their top superstars. The expectation is she’s signed on for at least three years with WWE. Sasha will continue to be a major player for “years to come.” She just won’t always be a part of the title hunt.

Two more spots down. We’re getting close to Money in the Bank and now we’re down to the wire with the qualifiers. After several weeks though, we’re getting closer and closer to having the final lineups for both matches. Over the course of the last two days, we’ve seen three more names added to the match’s lineups. All three of those names were women, leaving very few names left to be filled in. During this week, Natalya, Lana and Naomi all qualified for the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match. On Monday Night Raw, Natalya defeated Dana Brooke, Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan in a four way match. On SmackDown Live, Lana defeated Billie Kay and Naomi defeated Sonya Deville. This leaves one spot open in the women’s match, which will be determined by a gauntlet match next week on Monday Night Raw. The final two men’s spots will be determined when Samoa Joe faces Daniel Bryan next week on SmackDown Live and ..

Ringside News is reporting that several big names were backstage during Raw this week. We may now know why. A number of former Superstars and an NXT Superstar were backstage at Raw this week. The list of names includes Edge, Christian, Beth Phoenix, Funaki and Kairi Sane.
From what we understand, all of these individuals were backstage to work on the upcoming season of Edge & Christian’s WWE Network show.

16-time World Champion John Cena was a guest on ESPN where he discussed his position with WWE, explaining that he is far from done with the company. Cena is a busy man. With multiple acting roles at once, a book set to be released and the whole relationship with Nikki Bella, Cena doesn’t have as much time as he used to for wrestling.
In full, this is what Cena had to say on his wrestling future: “I’m far from done with the WWE. The WWE will always be my home, but in this current state of affairs right now with all this extra cool stuff that’s going on, it’s fun to try. Before her match at WrestleMania 34, the WWE Universe had a lot of questions about Ronda Rousey being able to perform inside the squared circle. Most people are curious how Rousey will perform in a singles matches after stealing the show in New Orleans. The expectation was she’d wrestle Mickie James during WWE’s European tour, but she’s been booked for tag team matches instead. According to the Wrestling Observer Radio, the reason why WWE officials made those changes are due to Ronda’s in-ring ability.

Apparently, the powers that be don’t believe the former UFC Bantamweight Champion is ready for singles matches. A lot of people are going to question why Rousey is receiving a Raw Women’s Title Match with Nia Jax at the Money in the Bank PPV if she’s not ready for singles matches with Mickie James during the European tour.
With such a big match coming in only a few weeks on PPV, WWE officials may want to hold off on her first sing..

Well, that didn’t take long. According to a new report from People magazine, Nikki Bella and John Cena are on the road to reconciliation and are almost back together. This is after it had been previously reported that the two had split up last month.
From the report:
“This was never really about ending their relationship— it was about calling off a wedding because something didn’t feel right,” the source says. “It was a wedding that was entered into under false pretenses. She was pretending she was okay with not having a kid, he was pretending he absolutely couldn’t and wouldn’t budge on that point.”
“They both got a wake-up call once they canceled the wedding, and they both realized they could fix what was broken,” the source explains.

Up up and away. WWE’s record of talking about mainstream news is hit and miss at best. Sometimes something will happen and it becomes a topic of conversation on the shows and other times something will happen and it’s never mentioned. When something good happens to WWE though, you know full well that it’s going to be a featured topic on their television shows for a very long time. Given yesterday’s major news about SmackDown, there’s no surprise that it was a big deal. Yesterday, it was announced that FOX would be purchasing the broadcasting rights to SmackDown Live in a deal that could bring WWE over a billion dollars over the next five years. As a result, according to Marketwatch.com, the company’s stock soared 12.5% on Monday, bringing them to a record high of $58.30 a share. This continues a very lucrative year for the company, whose stock is up 194% in the last twelve month period.

Not again… SmackDown Live General Manager Paige is yet again the victim of an online celebrity video leak, according to Ringside News. Time and time again we have seen Paige become the victim of online video leaks. These pictures and videos have shown herself engaging in sexual acts with former WWE Superstar Brad Maddox, Xavier Woods of The New Day and another unidentified man.
The latest set of leaks reportedly includes three new clips, all of which show the three men mentioned above in addition to Paige. It also brings the total time of footage to an hour, as Ringside News writes.
In the past, Paige has been open about the leaks. She has said on Chasing Glory with Lilian Garcia that she almost contemplated suicide in dealing with the leaks: “That scarred me.
