It’s part of his thing. There are certain wrestlers who become popular with the fans for one reason or another, but in some cases their popularity rises after they hang up their boots. It can be rather interesting to see what a wrestler comes up once their career is over. This is certainly true with a former WWE star, who now thinks that his gimmick has been stolen by someone who came along later. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: BREAKING: WWE Possibly NXT Women’s Title, New Champion To Be Crowned Former WWE star Virgil has taken to Instagram, announcing that he has been inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame. He thanked his favorite opponents in the business, including names such as Andre the Giant, Randy Savage and Bret Hart, along with the “million dollar dandy El Dandy”. Finally, Virgil thanked Damage CTRL for allowing him to be their hero and accused the Miz of stealing his gimmick. There is nothing to suggest that WWE has inducted Virgil into the Hall Of Fame. He thinks this man would burn it down. WWE superstar Seth Rollins was recently interviewed by Wrestling Inc’s Nick Hausman before the 2023 Royal Rumble premium live event. They discussed a number of topics, including the rumors that CM Punk may be coming back to WWE. When asked if Rollins would want Punk back in the locker room, The Visionairy had this to say: “Oh Philly Phil, stay away. Stay away, you cancer. Get away from me forever. I don’t like Phil, he’s a jerk. Did we just figure that out, did we just figure that out? He’s a jerk…we figured it out over there, we knew it over here. I don’t want him back. Go do something else. Bye bye, see ya later.” CLIP: Seth Rollins calls CM Punk a "cancer" and tells him to stay away from WWE. @WWERollins @Nick_Hausman @WWEGames #WWE2K23 #RoyalRumble pic.twitter.com/m9QC71bunL — WrestlingINC.com (@WrestlingInc) January 28, 2023 You can see the full interview below: [This post contains video, click to play] Editor’s Opinion: So basically..
That’s a special place. There are a lot of wrestlers on the WWE roster and that adds up to quite a bit of talent. It takes a lot for someone to move up the ladder and reach the top of the pile but you know someone special when you see them. Now WWE is seeing something in one of its stars and thinks enough of them to put them above most of the roster all at once. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Again: Vince McMahon Facing Another Lawsuit Over Alleged Sexual Harassment Payments According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Bray Wyatt is currently slotted in as the #1 babyface on the SmackDown roster and the #1 star that Roman Reigns has not worked with during his title reign. There is also no word on if Reigns will be feuding with Wyatt anytime soon, as Reigns is said to know that people who feud with Wyatt wind up looking “a lot worse than going in”. Wyatt is scheduled to have his first televised match after his return this weekend at the Royal Rumble. There is a history between them. Check out Reig..

That should mean the card is intact but you never know around here. Hopefully the roll can continue around here, as it has been a rather nice few weeks in a row. Let’s get to it. The opening recap looks at Bully Ray’s rise to the top of the company, including him attacking Scott D’Amore last week. We get a Zoom interview with Josh Matthews talking to Bully Ray and Josh Alexander, both at their homes. Alexander knows Ray is going after everyone he cares about and they will be in his mind at Hard To Kill. Ray thinks Alexander has given away his hand because Ray is in his head. That’s a comeback. There are all kinds of ways for a wrestler to return to the ring and some of them can be rather impressive. If a wrestler has been gone for several months, any way that they come back is going to feel like a big deal but if they do something special upon returning, it can get even more interesting. That was the situation this week, even if it was something we have seen before. That’s a nasty one. There are all kinds of injuries a wrestler can suffer, with some of them being more serious than others. While there are certain injuries that are going to leave a wrestler out of action for a very long time, others can seem rather small but wind up being more nagging than anything else. That might have taken place again to a big WWE name at a recent live event. You have to keep things fresh. Television is the focal point of most wrestling promotions as it is the easiest way to get the fans to see what the company is doing. At the same time, the television show itself has to look good and catch the fans’ attention. That means some changes occasionally need to be made and now one of the bigger wrestling shows going today will be doing just that. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Another Run? Former WWE Star Lana Thinks Miro Will Return To WWE This week on AEW Rampage, a vignette aired advertising a new look for AEW Dynamite starting with the January 4 edition. Check out the new look, plus some great moments from Dynamite past: ..

The original plan. We are in the middle of the holiday season and that means things can go a little bit different in WWE. However, things were not quite as they were planned, with one wrestler missing the event. He has an idea. There are some great wrestling stars who are no longer active wrestlers. That does not mean their careers are over though, as there are other roles that they can fill once their in-ring career is over. However, there are still some moments where an ex-wrestler is the perfect choice to put back in the ring, and now one legend thinks that might be the right move. That would be a fight. Wrestling is a unique sport as while it is presented as a legitimate fight, the finishes are pre-determined and the wrestlers are tasked with working together to make the match work as well as possible. However, there are also questions about who would win should these matches be legitimate contests. Now one legend is chiming in on who he thinks could beat a top WWE star. They want to make some adjustments. WWE is a major wrestling promotion and that is partially due to the kinds of adjustments they occasionally make. Sometimes something is not going right and a change is needed. That can make some of their ideas better, which is what they seem to be doing again, as WWE has debuted a new match type and already thinks it needs some tweaking. Monday Night Raw Date: November 28, 2022 Location: Scope Arena, Norfolk, Virginia Commentators: Kevin Patrick, Corey Graves We’re done with Survivor Series and that means it is time to start the very long road to the Royal Rumble. That could include quite a few things, but we are almost guaranteed some kind of fallout from Sami Zayn officially declaring his allegiance to the Bloodline. Other than that, a lot of the show is wide open so let’s get to it. The Bloodline (minus Roman Reigns) is here and rather pleased with everything that happened on Saturday. Here is Becky Lynch to get things going. She’s glad to be back but thinks she should be with the people. Becky goes into the crowd to high five some fans and meets some people named Bobby and Zachary (the latter of whom puts his arm around her, causing Becky to move away pretty quickly). Becky talks about how she has been gone for four months and is ready to start doing what the Man does. She can’t wait to take care of these new fa..
He has a point. There are very few honors that last forever in wrestling. While winning a championship can mean a lot to a wrestler, at some point they are probably going to lose it back. Welcome aboard. Wrestling is a weird universe when it comes to mainstream recognition as it exists in its own very firm bubble. You are either in the wrestling world or not and it is an industry that is often looked down upon as a result. It can be fun to see someone well known for something outside of wrestling get involved and that might have been the case again this weekend. WWE held its annual Summerslam event over the weekend and as usual it was one of their biggest shows of the year. Actress Kat Dennings, best known for her roles in the Thor movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Two Broke Girls tweeted about the show, saying that it was her first Summerslam and made her feel unwell. She followed that with a tweet saying that she thinks she loves WWE.
