WATCH: WWE Hall Of Famer Announces Return To The Ring

Welcome back. Wrestlers have a weird situation when it comes to retirement, as they can always wrestle one more match. With no season or anything really close to it, a wrestler can step back in the ring over and over without having to worry about the next match. That can lead to some great returns, and now we are going to be seeing another one before the year is out.

There He Is: Reason For Monday Night Raw Star’s Hiatus Revealed

That would explain it. There are a lot of wrestlers on the WWE roster and it can mean a lot when one of them is missing in action. It can also be rather noticeable, as if someone you see on a regular basis goes away for a bit, fans will be wondering where they are. That was the case earlier this year, and now we know why one wrestler’s time away made another one miss time as well.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Personal Request: How Ronda Rousey Caused Controversial Name To Work Survivor Series
This week on Monday Night Raw, the Street Profits wrestled their first match in over two months, defeating Alpha Academy. The match was also Montez Ford’s return to the ring after a calf injury that kept him out of action. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Ford’s partner Angelo Dawkins was pulled from television due to Ford’s injury despite being healthy, as WWE did not want one of them appearing without the other.
They’re both quite good. Check out the two together and on their own:

Personal Request: How Ronda Rousey Caused Controversial Name To Work Survivor Series

He was requested. There are all kinds of people who come together to make a wrestling show work and some of them do not get the attention they deserve. While the people in front of the cameras are the ones who matter the most, there are also people who are going to help put everything together behind the scenes. Now one of the more controversial ones has a bit better of an explanation.

Over the weekend, WWE presented Survivor Series, which included a SmackDown Women’s Title match that saw Ronda Rousey successfully defending against Shotzi. The match was co-produced by Jason Jordan and the returning Brian Kendrick, the latter of whom is not a full time WWE producer.
According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Rousey requested that Kendrick, one of her original trainers, be brought in for the show. While this was considered a tryout, it was more catering to Rousey’s request. The tryout wa..

She’s In: Interesting Story On How Britt Baker Brought Top Star Into AEW

She has an eye for this. AEW has done quite a few things during its three and a half years of existence and quite a bit of those things have been built around the company’s roster. One of the most important things it that the company needs to bring in new talent to keep the roster fresh, which was what a prominent member of the roster helped them do in an important way.

Earlier this month at AEW Full Gear, Jamie Hayter defeated Toni Storm to become the new AEW Interim Women’s Champion, later promoted to full champion. During an interview with Busted Open Radio before the event, Britt Baker, Hayter’s on-screen associate, revealed that she originally recommended Hayter to AEW President Tony Khan. Baker said that she faced Hayter in a dive bar in the UK and the two have been friends ever since. Baker also described herself as Hayter’s #1 fan.

Angry Chief: Roman Reigns Reportedly “Very Heated” Over Unplanned WarGames Spot

Spoils of war? Over the weekend, WWE presented its annual Survivor Series event, which featured the main roster debut of WarGames. There was both a men’s and women’s match on the show, with the Bloodline coming out on top in the show’s main event. Roman Reigns dominated parts of the match, but there was one part that did not go so well for him, which could have been much worse.
According to Fightful Select, Reigns was “very heated” over an unplanned spot between himself and Kevin Owens during the match. Reigns was also described as “visibly upset” after the match was over and reportedly went on an expletive filled rant once backstage. He also believed he might have a ruptured eardrum due to the incident. However, there is nothing to indicate that there will be any lingering issues and there was no physical altercation backstage. The belief is that if there are issues, the two will talk them out.
It was a busy night. Check out some of the WarGames match:

Add Him On: Monday Night Raw Roster Officially Gains New Member

He’s in. With so many wrestlers on its roster, WWE has to keep them separated into different rosters. This includes the two main rosters of Monday Night Raw and SmackDown, as well as the NXT developmental roster. It can mean a lot when a wrestler is called up from developmental to the main roster, which is what we officially saw after a match this week on television.

This week on Monday Night Raw, Dexter Lumis defeated the Miz in Lumis’ first match on the main roster. As a result of the win, Lumis won the money that Miz owed to him from several months ago, as well as an official contract to be part of the Monday Night Raw roster. Lumis has appeared on the main roster shows since the summer but was never an official member of Monday Night Raw.
Lumis certainly has a presence. Check out what he has been doing on the show:

One More? Wrestling Legend Claims AEW Wanted Him To Return

They had another idea. AEW has built up a roster with all kinds of different wrestlers, ranging from modern stars, up and coming wrestlers and veterans. It can mean a lot to have some legendary wrestlers show up after a long absence from the public eye. AEW tried to do just that but there was something standing in their way that caused their plans to be thrown off.

WATCH: WWE Superstars Return To Action After Two Month Absence

Welcome back. Injuries are always terrible to see in wrestling but they do have one silver lining: most of the time, wrestlers are able to come back from the injured list and get on with their careers. It can be great to see someone who up after a long absence, but at least the wrestlers are healthy enough to be back. Now two more stars are back on television after being gone for months.
The Street Profits made their return this week on Monday Night Raw, defeating Alpha Academy in a tag match. This was the Profits’ first match since a WWE live event on September 24, as Ford was out of action with a calf injury. The return came a week after Ford said he was back to being healthy and ready to go, though there was no reference to the team returning to the ring this week.
The guys are back. Check out how they did now and what they can do when healthy:

Monday Night Raw Results – November 28, 2022

Monday Night Raw
Date: November 28, 2022
Location: Scope Arena, Norfolk, Virginia
Commentators: Kevin Patrick, Corey Graves
We’re done with Survivor Series and that means it is time to start the very long road to the Royal Rumble. That could include quite a few things, but we are almost guaranteed some kind of fallout from Sami Zayn officially declaring his allegiance to the Bloodline. Other than that, a lot of the show is wide open so let’s get to it.
The Bloodline (minus Roman Reigns) is here and rather pleased with everything that happened on Saturday.
Here is Becky Lynch to get things going. She’s glad to be back but thinks she should be with the people. Becky goes into the crowd to high five some fans and meets some people named Bobby and Zachary (the latter of whom puts his arm around her, causing Becky to move away pretty quickly). Becky talks about how she has been gone for four months and is ready to start doing what the Man does. She can’t wait to take care of these new fa..

It’s Overdue: AEW Star Reveals Major Surgery For Months Old Injury

That’s never good to see. Injuries are one of the few constants in all of wrestling as anyone can get hurt at any time. They can take someone out of action for any length of time and that can be devastating to any momentum that a wrestler has. Some injuries are a lot worse than others and now it appears likely that an AEW star will be out of action for a good while after a serious one.

AEW’s Andrade El Idolo has posted a message to Instagram, revealing that he has undergone surgery to repair a torn pectoral muscle this week. El Idolo said that he suffered the injury a few months ago but is just now undergoing the surgery to repair it. There is no word on when exactly the injury took place or how long he will be out of action. El Idolo was reportedly sent home from AEW due to a backstage fight with Sammy Guevara in September, though it is not clear if he was allowed to return.

NXT LVL Up Results – November 25, 2022

NXT LVL Up
Date: November 25, 2022
Location: Capitol Wrestling Center, Orlando, Florida
Commentators: Sudu Shah, Byron Saxton
It’s Black Friday and that seems to be a rather appropriate term for a night with LVL Up. The show has had its recent bright spots and that is about all you can expect from a short burst of decent. I’m not sure what to expect this week and in this case, that might be a good thing. Let’s get to it.
Opening sequence.
Xyon Quinn vs. Tank Ledger They fight over wrist control to start before switching off to a test of strength. With that not working, Ledger hiptosses him over but gets sent face first into the middle buckle. Quinn hits him with a hard clothesline, only to get driven hard into the corner. A fall away slam sends Quinn flying for a change but he’s right back with the Death Valley Driver. The running forearm finishes Ledger at 4:54.

Call Them Extras? Here’s Who Else WWE Brought In For Survivor Series But Did Not Use

They were there too. WWE runs a lot of different events throughout the year and some of them are among the biggest that any wrestling promotion presents. The biggest of them all are usually saved for major venues as premium live events. Another of them was held over the weekend and there were several stars present. It turns out that there were some more who did not appear on the show.
