The Latest On All In Being Streamed For Fans Who Can’t Attend The Show

All In is getting closer with every passing day. As such, the news continues to grow as fans prepare to head to Chicago for one of the largest independent wrestling shows in history. Ringside News has provided an update on the potential for All In to be streamed. This follows a story we recently covered, where Cody [Rhodes] had explained to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Radio that they may be unable to stream the event for people at home.
This is due to the fact that several talents signed on to appear at the event have contracts with different promotions and it will be hard to get clearance for every one of them to appear.
In regards to broadcasting All In, Cody had the following to say to a user on Twitter: We have no plans to broadcast at the moment. But we do have fun meetings in LA, Baltimore, and Dallas almost the moment we get back from the UK. Probably cover some of it on #BeingTheElite
This is our first time in this role, we are exploring all options! https://t.co..

Tyson Kidd Appears To Be Working Wrestling Events Outside WWE

WWE Producer and former WWE Superstar Tyson Kidd appear to be working wrestling events outside of WWE, according to Ringside News. Kidd was forced to retire from in-ring competition following a botched Muscle Buster by the former NXT Champion in SmackDown Live’s Samoa Joe. This is also why Joe rarely if ever uses the move anymore.
A user on Twitter by the name of Alexx Light with the handle @thatoshkoshkid tweeted a photo showing Kidd, with the claim that he is available for autograph signings and professional wrestling seminars.

Who Played Bobby Lashley’s Sisters On Raw This Week?

Sami Zayn conducted the most controversial segment on Raw this past week, as he interviewed the ‘sisters’ of Bobby Lashley. We have determined who played two of the three competitors. The segment on Raw featured Zayn running down the three men dressed as the sisters of Lashley. He had them explain what Lashley is like behind closed doors. While the segment wasn’t well-received, it was one of the most talked about moments of the show.
The first ‘sister’ to be confirmed was “Frances.” This character was played by Create A Pro Wrestling Academy’s Max Caster. This is the academy owned by Curt Hawkins.
Additionally, Caster is a regular performer on YouTuber GrimsToyShow’s content. He works on the GTS Wrestling show, for those fans out there.
The other wrestler that has been identified is North Carolina’s “Mr. Everything” Victor Andrews. Andrews is a veteran ring performer and has competed in WWE before.
He previously worked some NXT tapings, where he was the partner of Lars Sullivan as ..

Mustafa Ali Stands Up Against Racist Fan On Twitter

205 Live Superstar Mustafa Ali has been open in the past about racism as he looks to change perceptions around the world. Now he is back at it on social media. Many people throughout the world perceive individuals a certain way based on the color of the skin or where they come from. This, as we know, is wrong, racist and an incorrect judge of character.
Ali is a former Chicago police officer, a father and a man who fights for the respect of his peers and the WWE Universe each and every week.
WWE tweeted out a clip showing Ali cutting a promo about building up 205 Live: Brick by brick. Night after night. @MustafaAliWWE holds NOTHING back in his quest to build up #205Live! pic.twitter.com/qZDXsCDzWu
— WWE (@WWE) May 22, 2018
This prompted a racist fan to tweet at WWE, suggesting that Ali make bombs or shoot up schools since ‘they’re’ good at it: Just make some bombs or shoot some schools. Since y'all good at it

Real Reason Why WWE Will Cancel Brand Split Before SmackDown Moves to FOX

The most recent brand extension on WWE programming hasn’t even been around for two years, but there have already been rumors about it coming to an end. The company will make a lot of changes once SmackDown Live moves to FOX in 2019. It is now being reported by Sports Illustrated that the brand split will be one of the biggest changes.
Justin Barrasso claims that FOX and NBCUniversal executives will want full access to WWE’s talent roster. On paper, that means WWE will need to end the brand split and make major changes to the product as a result. For instance, the WWE Universal Title could be abandoned and other adjustments will have to be made to both rosters.

The company has already begun making major changes to its PPV events. It seems the powers that be are setting up for the end of the brand extension, but they still have an entire year to unite the two rosters and make any necessary changes to the product.

Rumor: Major International Star Negotiating With WWE Again

Before the Mae Young Classic last year, a lot of potential names were rumored for the tournament. One of the biggest names was Io Shirai from Japan. Unfortunately, she was not available for the event and didn’t participate because of prior dates with Stardom.
Despite not being able to compete in the tournament, there were still rumors about her signing with the company. However, it was reported that a heart issue during her pre-signing medical evaluation spooked WWE doctors and she was not signed as a result.

It took some time, but it’s being reported by WrestlingNews.co that Io Shirai and WWE may be willing to resume negotiations to bring the Japanese superstar to the company like Asuka and Kairi Sane before her. Shirai recently dropped the Wonder of Stardom Title and a lot of people are taking that as a sign of a potential move to WWE very soon.

KB’s Review: Money Money, Yeah Yeah

As wrestling fans, we have a very different way of looking at what wrestling companies do. While we’re all about looking at what happens on screen both now and in the future, there’s a completely different side to it that we rarely think about. That would be the business and money side of things, which is going to drive what we see on the television shows. Simply put, if something makes WWE (or any wrestling company for that matter) more money, odds are they’re going to run with it. Over the course of the last week, we’ve seen two very different stories of wrestling companies (or wrestlers in one case) making a bunch of money for vastly different reasons. Since the two groups are so different, I won’t bother trying to compare them because it’s really like trying to compare apples to mailboxes (Side note: why is it always apples to oranges? They’re not exactly polar opposites and can be swapped in and out pretty easily. If you want it to be something else, making it something very diffe..

Full Match: 2017 Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match

Go and climb the ladder. With less than four weeks to go before this year’s Money in the Bank, there isn’t much to talk about in the world of WWE. Other than the qualifying matches, the two weekly TV shows only have one or two noteworthy stories each. That leaves a long time to go before the pay per view and it makes me wonder how much interest there’s going to be. It would be a smart move to promote the upcoming big matches a bit and that’s what WWE has started doing.
Here’s a full version of what you’ll be getting and since it’s Money in the Bank, you know there’s some cool stuff.
[This post contains video, click to play]

WWE has posted the full version of the men’s 2017 Money in the Bank ladder match from the show of the same name. The match featured Baron Corbin, AJ Styles, Dolph Ziggler, Shinsuke Nakamura, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn vying for a shot at the briefcase, which could be cashed in at any time over the next year, for a WWE Championship match. Mauro Ranallo Confirms The Truth Behind His SmackDown Live Departure

Before working for NXT as a commentator, Mauro Ranallo was the voice of SmackDown Live. According to Ringside News, there may be a different reason to what other websites have claimed. Ranallo left the company after working with SmackDown Live. Many outlets, including ourselves at one point, suggested based off what we had heard that Ranallo had possibly left due to JBL.
Ranallo was on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani to promote the Showtime documentary he was the focus of, where he opened up about what truly happened.
Check out what he had to say: “I was on the road every week. You add MMA and boxing and kickboxing to it. The road travel destroyed me. So, rumors and all this other stuff, what happened, honestly — and Ariel, you know how honest I’ve been in this thing — I had a breakdown in the Chicago O’Hare airport on my way to Pittsburgh to do SmackDown Live. And again, Frank Shamrock — God bless him — Bas Rutten, man. Guys who fought each other are my biggest supporters. But, I ha..

Here’s When Randy Orton Will Return to WWE Television

WWE’s Apex Predator has a lighter schedule than most wrestlers with the company, but the reason why you haven’t seen Randy Orton on SmackDown Live recently is due to an injury. It has been reported that Orton has undergone knee surgery for a meniscus tear.
Apparently, The Viper has needed the surgery since last year. His body either could not wait any longer or WWE officials thought it was a good time for him to get healthy. The timetable for his return is at least three months, according to Pro Wrestling Unlimited.

On paper, that would put him as questionable for Summerslam in August. It’s possible WWE officials will implant him into a feud or a match for the event. The expectation is Orton won’t return to WWE programming until after the biggest party of the summer.
Before his injury, The Viper was involved in the United States Title hunt. He was finally able to hold the championship for a brief time, but Orton didn’t have much mom..

NXT Live Coverage And Results – May 23, 2018

NXT
Date: May 23, 2018
Location: Full Sail University, Winter Park, Florida
Commentators: Nigel McGuinness, Percy Watson, Mauro Ranallo
The build to Chicago is slowly taking form with Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch looking likely to challenge for the Tag Team Titles. Other than that, we really don’t have anything set up yet. That being said, NXT has an amazing track record of being able to catch up in a hurry so it’s not like they’re in any real trouble. Let’s get to it.
Opening sequence.
Jonathan Coachman is in the front row.
Heavy Machinery vs. TM61 Dozovic goes with the power to start and runs Thorn over with a shoulder, followed by a double shoulder to give Knight two. Everything breaks down for a few seconds with Miller being run over as well while Thorn is put in the Tree of Woe. That allows Miller to be driven into his partner’s ribs as this is one sided so far. A shot to the back cuts Knight off though and the fans stay completely behind Heavy Machinery. ..

SmackDown Live Ratings And Viewership – May 22, 2018

And down they go again. The Money in the Bank season hasn’t been kind to the WWE’s ratings and viewership numbers. No matter how you look at it, the fans just don’t seem interested in what WWE is offering. Really, it’s not that surprising given how none of this matters at the moment. So much of this is stuff that can be read up on in a recap and isn’t really must see TV. Tuesday’s SmackDown Live was full of more qualifying matches so did the trend continue? According to 411mania.com, this week’s episode of SmackDown Live drew a .68 rating in the 18-49 demographic rating and 2.195 million viewers. These numbers are down 3% and 5% respectively from last week’s .7 demographic rating and 2.298 million viewers respectively. Both are the lowest since Halloween of 2017 when the show drew a .65 demographic rating and 2.119 million viewers. The show was headlined by a match between Daniel Bryan and Jeff Hardy for the right to face Samoa Joe next week in a Money in the Bank qualifying match.
