Angel Garza has fired back at enthusiasts criticizing the ongoing Los Perros del Mal storyline in AAA, telling viewers to allow the story to develop rather than expecting everything to be resolved immediately.
During the August 22, 2026 edition of AAA, Penta faced Bronco Nima in a stipulated clash that would have required Penta to join Los Perros del Mal if he was unable to retain.
On the flip side the storyline continued after the battle when Daga attempted to convince him to join the faction anyway, penta emerged victorious. Daga offered Penta a Los Perros del Mal T-shirt, referencing their history together.
Penta rejected the offer, leading to a chaotic confrontation that in addition involved Rey Fenix and Dragon Lee.
The situation took another alignment shift later in the broadcast when Los Perros del Mal expelled Nima from the group following his loss.
As the storyline generated discussion among enthusiasts online, Garza seemingly reacted to criticism over how the angle was unfolding. The WWE star argued that viewers were expecting the story to reach its conclusion too in a flash rather than allowing it to develop over multiple shows.
“You all would SUCK as writers (laughter emojis) Wanting everything in one event, no story, just going straight to the climax and finishing it. That’s why you don’t work on this.. Meanwhile, Keep your a** at home and stay tuned.”
WWE NXT star Karmen Petrovic subsequently quote-posted Garza’s message and offered a more concise interpretation of his point.
“in other words.. STFU & WATCH THE Program 😘.”
Garza’s comments suggest that the developments involving Penta, Daga. Los Perros del Mal are part of a longer-term storyline rather than something intended to be resolved during a single installment.
With Penta rejecting Daga’s invitation, Fenix and Dragon Lee becoming involved in the confrontation. Nima being removed from Los Perros del Mal later that night, several questions remain surrounding the faction’s direction.
Judging by Garza’s response, enthusiasts may have to stay tuned to see where AAA takes the story next.
