Bronson Reed’s long-awaited WWE re-emergence could take place as soon as this weekend, with the one-time Intercontinental Gold holder per sources medically cleared to return to the ring.
There are people within WWE who believe Reed could arrival back to the road beginning with Sunday Night’s Featured contest on September 6 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
As previously indicated, WWE creative has already addressed plans for Reed’s reappearance, with his return expected “very, very soon.” His name has on top of that as reported been discussed internally for a significant heel character role once he returns to television.
There have been several indications in new weeks that Reed was approaching a resurgence. He has documented his physical transformation throughout his recovery on social media and as of late visited WWE Headquarters in Stamford — Connecticut.
During that visit, Reed from what is being said filmed promotional material while in addition taking part in discussions surrounding merchandise concepts and revisions, further suggesting that WWE was preparing for his arrival back.
Reed got sidelined since the February 23 presentation of Raw after suffering a torn distal biceps in his right arm. Interestingly enough, he underwent surgery shortly afterward and has now been out of action for more than six months.
An angle involving Reed and Femi could potentially lead to a program between the two. What's more, wWE per sources intends to keep Femi involved in meaningful programs before eventually moving toward a showdown with active WWE World Heavyweight Defending champion Roman Reigns.
With Reed as confirmed cleared, there has also been speculation that he could become involved in the Bron Breakker vs. Oba Femi match booked for Sunday Night’s Headlining clash.
There is currently no confirmation that Reed will appear in Atlanta. On the other hand, with his medical clearance from what is being said secured and creative plans for his comeback already being touched on, Sunday Night’s Main Premium live event has emerged as a possible destination for his WWE arrival back.
