This time around that includes the Face of the Revolution ladder match plus a Casino tag team battle royal to determine the fourth team in Sunday’s four way Tag Team Title match. Davila dismissed the case, basically saying that MLW did not make a strong enough argument to back up claims of WWE violating antitrust laws.
