BREAKING: WWE Releases Several Prominent NXT Names

Here we go again. The biggest wrestling story of 2021 was the amount of releases taking place over the course of the year, as over 100 names left WWE in one way or another. The vast majority of those people were released from the company, with several of those releases coming out of nowhere. Now it is a new year and it seems that we are seeing it happen again. Several names have been released from NXT, according to PWInsider.com. These names include: William Regal Road Dogg Dave Kapoor (aka Runjin Singh) Ryan Katz (creative producer) Scott Armstrong George Caroll (writer) In addition to the NXT releases, Senior Vice President of Consumer Products Sarah Cummins has left the company, though it is not clear what led to her departure. Keep Going: WWE Lets Even More Employees Go

We’re not done yet. WWE has made a lot of changes this year and that is the kind of thing that can shake up the promotion in a big way. Having different wrestlers around the company is quite the issue, but at the same time you can see people backstage being moved around. WWE has done just that in recent months, and now they are doing it one more time. According to Fightful Select, more WWE corporate employees have been laid off, including some from the marketing, shop and other product divisions centered around consumers. This comes after WWE made several more backstage cuts in May, including the consolidation of multiple departments. There is nothing to suggest that there will be any more talent cuts at the moment. Roman Reigns Responsible For Recent Rise of Independent Wrestling

For the past four years, WWE officials have been promoting Roman Reigns as the top babyface in the company. He’s main evented the last four WrestleMania events, but he is still routinely booed out of arenas on a regular basis. That’s why some fans are very unhappy and don’t believe he deserves his position in the company and on WWE TV. His critics are too busy criticizing how he continuously impacts WWE programming in a negative way to realize the positive effect he has on the industry as a whole. It listed locations like New York City and Toronto.</p><p>The article points out that the last <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/tag/major/" title="major">major</a></strong> show held in England was SumerSlam in 1992 and it drew over 80,000 fans at the Wembley Stadium. The event headliner saw the British Bulldog defeat Bret “The Hitman” Hart for the Intercontinental Championship.</p>
