NXT Star Announces She Needs Surgery
She’s out for a bit. You never know when you are going to see an injury take place in the wrestling world and that is never a good thing. Wrestlers can be put on the shelf at any point for any length of time and it becomes a question of how long it will be before they are able to get back in the ring. Unfortunately that is the case again with a young, up and coming star. NXT’s Arianna Grace has announced that she has suffered an undisclosed injury and will be undergoing surgery next week. There is no word on how long she will be out, but Grace has promised to document her recovery process on social media. Grace is the daughter of Santino Marella and has been in NXT since the beginning of the year. She has recently been teaming with Kiana James. Hey you guys!!!! It went well. There are all kinds of ways to bring a wrestler back to television and if done right, they can be very effective. Some of the best ways involve a surprise, but there is something to be said about letting fans know what is coming without knowing what is coming, and now we know how that went when WWE tried it again with the return of a major name. Over the weekend, Bray Wyatt made his return to WWE after over a year away from the company, appearing at the end of Extreme Rules as the reveal of the White Rabbit. She’s The Boss of something different. Sasha Banks caused a buzz on social media earlier today when she abruptly changed her Twitter handle. She is now using her real name, with no mention of WWE in the handle. She went from “SashaBanksWWE” to “MercedesVarnado”.
