REVIEW: Money In The Bank 2017: Climb Faster!

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I’ll be posting a new review here on Wrestlingrumors.net. It could be anything from modern WWE to old school to indies to anything in between. Note that I rate using letters instead of stars and I don’t rate matches under three minutes as really, how good or bad can something that short be? Money in the Bank 2017 Date: June 18, 2017 Location: Scottrade Center, St. Louis, Missouri Commentators: Tom Phillips, John Bradshaw Layfield, Byron Saxton It’s time to climb. Tonight is all about the ladders and the briefcases, which could be cashed in tonight, assuming we have a bit of luck. This has the potential to be an interesting show with a five match card, though two of them are major ladder matches whose entrances alone will take about ten minutes. Let’s get to it. Money in the Bank Event Not Sold Out

<p>Sunday’s WWE Money in the Bank event has not sold out yet.</p><p><a href="http://t.sidekickopen04.com/e1t/c/5/f18dQhb0S7lC8dDMPbW2n0x6l2B9nMJN7t5XZsd_MbYW2z8MG-2z8P2lW4Y95BM56dBszf33ZCzn02?t=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketiq.com%2F&si=5098520092082176&pi=03c9c4cf-a12d-4932-9f5e-c9800f5223d3" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Ticket IQ</a> claims that there are still hundreds of seats available for the event via TicketMaster with rices ranging from $50 to $1005. The average sale <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/tag/price/" title="price">price</a></strong> is $155 with cheapest seats starting at $47 on the secondary market.</p><p>At this time, prices are very similar to the last pay-per-view event held at Scottrade Center, during the same time frame; 2015’s Battleground featured an average resale price of $157 with cheapest seats costing $53.</p><p>WWE has been having a downward trend at events recently. It’s being said that the trend has to do with the ticket price increase for their <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/tag/shows/" title="shows">shows</a></strong>.</p>

<p>WWE announced on tonight’s episode of SmackDown Live that <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/wrestler/naomi" title="Naomi">Naomi</a></strong> will defend her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Lana at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view. <p>Shane McMahon opened up tonight’s episode of SmackDown Live announcing that <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/wrestler/randy-orton" title="Randy Orton">Randy Orton</a></strong> will get his rematch for the WWE Title against Jinder Mahal at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view event.</p><p>Shane also announced AJ Styles, <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/wrestler/baron-corbin" title="Baron Corbin">Baron Corbin</a></strong>, <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/wrestler/sami-zayn" title="Sami Zayn">Sami Zayn</a></strong>, Dolph Ziggler, Nakamura and Kevin OWens as participants for the Money in the Bank Ladder match.</p><p>Money in the Bank will take place on June 18, 2017 at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
