Ring Of Honor Date: March 9, 2023 Location: Universal Studios, Orlando, Florida Commentators: Ian Riccaboni, Caprice Coleman We’re still on the first taping of this new show so things are likely to look like they did last week. The wrestling itself was pretty good, but the length of the show was quite the drag. They did offer something big at the end with Eddie Kingston showing up to challenge Claudio Castagnoli, so there is at least a path forward in the main event. Let’s get to it. You can probably guess a good bit of it from here and that is a strong sign for the show. This week will feature a pair of title matches, including Jade Cargill’s latest conquest and Samoa Joe getting his rematch for the TNT Title. Let’s get to it. Opening sequence. Jon Moxley vs. Hangman Page Moxley comes through the crowd with Wheeler Yuta and….his own father. Moxley starts the fight in the crowd and takes it into the audience as we are waiting on the opening bell. Page gets in a whip into a barricade and they keep brawling back to ringside. Moxley wraps the chair around Page’s leg but Page throws said chair at Moxley to take over. They finally get in the ring and slug it out, with Moxley’s eye busted open. Orton responded, thanking the fan for posting the picture and saying we are coming up on the anniversary of Umaga’s passing. Keep It Going: AEW Adds Two More Title Matches To Full Gear

And so, it grows. We are less than a week away from AEW Full Gear and normally that would mean the card is all but set. However, that is not the case with this show as there are several wrestlers who have nothing to do for the show so far. AEW has a tendency to make some matches at the last minute and now they are adding some more matches to the show’s card. There were two more matches added to the Full Gear card this week on AEW Dynamite. First up, Death Triangle issued a challenge to an unnamed team for a Trios Titles match, with the Elite being announced as the challenges. Also on the show, a three way brawl broke out between TNT Champion Wardlow, Samoa Joe and Powerhouse Hobbs. Three New Stars Make AEW Debuts On Rampage (Contains Mild Spoilers)

They’re up next. AEW has built up a rather diverse and talented roster in its time. The company features a mixture of young, up and coming stars, current names and veterans, who have come together to create a mixture of matches and wrestlers. New names still need to be added though and that was the case again this week as three more names made their AEW debuts. The main event of this week’s AEW Rampage saw FTR and Shawn Spears defeat the Embassy in a six man tag match. Following the match, the Kingdom, comprised of Mike Bennett and Matt Taven with Maria Kanellis, interrupted in their AEW debuts. The Kingdom and the Embassy then joined forces to attack FTR until Samoa Joe and Wardlow made the save. This comes less than a week after the Kingdom reportedly finished up with Impact Wrestling.
