Of Course: 60 Year Old WWE Legend Inducts Himself Into Hall Of Fame, Accuses Miz Of Theft

It’s part of his thing. There are certain wrestlers who become popular with the fans for one reason or another, but in some cases their popularity rises after they hang up their boots. It can be rather interesting to see what a wrestler comes up once their career is over. This is certainly true with a former WWE star, who now thinks that his gimmick has been stolen by someone who came along later. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: BREAKING: WWE Possibly NXT Women’s Title, New Champion To Be Crowned Former WWE star Virgil has taken to Instagram, announcing that he has been inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame. He thanked his favorite opponents in the business, including names such as Andre the Giant, Randy Savage and Bret Hart, along with the “million dollar dandy El Dandy”. Finally, Virgil thanked Damage CTRL for allowing him to be their hero and accused the Miz of stealing his gimmick. There is nothing to suggest that WWE has inducted Virgil into the Hall Of Fame. REVIEW: WrestleMania 7: Stars And Stripes And More Stars

Welcome to KB’s Old School (and New School) Reviews. I’ve been reviewing wrestling shows for over twelve years now and have reviewed over 6,000 shows. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I’ll be posting a new review here on Wrestlingrumors.net. It could be anything from modern WWE to old school to indies to anything in between. Note that I rate using letters instead of stars and I don’t rate matches under three minutes as really, how good or bad can something that short be? Wrestlemania VII Date: March 24, 1991 Location: Los Angeles Sports Arena, Los Angeles, California Attendance: 16,158 Commentators: Gorilla Monsoon, Bobby Heenan It’s the Gulf War show, as Hulk Hogan is fighting to get the WWF Title back from former American hero turned Iraqi sympathizer Sgt. Slaughter. If that sounds like one of the worst ideas for a Wrestlemania main event ever, you have quite the memory for these things. Other than that we have Randy Savage vs. Ultimate Warrior in a match that actually belongs i..

RUMOR: Former WWE Champion May Return Before WrestleMania 39

This is only a rumor, so take it for what it’s worth. A former WWE champion, who has been injured for quite some time, may be returning to the ring before WrestleMania 39. In a response to a fan on his Facebook Stories, wrestling bootmaker Jose G Sanz stated that Randy Orton recently contacted him about making boots for his return to the ring. He said the following: “I haven’t made them yet but Randy Orton contacted me via email for his return. Currently, Drew McIntyre and Bray Wyatt are some of the biggest superstars. Today I received an order for boots for Cody for Wrestlemania.” On Facebook Stories, wrestling bootmaker Jose G Sanz was asked which wrestler has had the biggest impact on him out of those who order from him. REVIEW: No Way Out 2006: The Dream Match

Welcome to KB’s Old School (and New School) Reviews. I’ve been reviewing wrestling shows for over ten years now and have reviewed over 5,000 shows. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I’ll be posting a new review here on Wrestlingrumors.net. It could be anything from modern WWE to old school to indies to anything in between. No Way Out 2006 Date: February 19, 2006 Location: 1st Mariner Arena, Baltimore, Maryland Attendance: 11,000 Commentators: Michael Cole, Tazz For the first time in a long time, we have a pay per view that has my interest. Smackdown has gotten a lot better in a hurry, but they need the big spectacular to make it work. With Wrestlemania coming up, this could be a great way to get the momentum going, and hopefully that’s what happens here. I’m sure Undertaker vs. Kurt Angle, Rey Mysterio vs. Randy Orton and Booker T. vs...

VIDEO: WWE Pays Tribute To 47 Year Old Star On 20th Anniversary Of His Debut

He’s earned it. There is a constant stream of new stars coming into WWE but there is no way of knowing who might be the next breakout star. A Relief: Logan Paul Reveals Very Good News On His Knee Injury

That could be a lot worse. One of the worst things about an injury is wondering how long someone is going to be out of action. A wrestler can get banged up out of nowhere and need to go on the shelf for awhile, but the question becomes just how long. It can be great news when something is nowhere near as bad as it seems and thankfully that seems to be what is happening with a WWE star. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: RKNo: Another Bad Randy Orton Injury Update Earlier this month at WWE Crown Jewel, Logan Paul unsuccessfully challenged Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Championship. Following his loss, Paul revealed that he had suffered multiple knee injuries during the match. Paul has released a video on his YouTube page, announcing that he has suffered a torn MCL and will need a minimum six weeks to heal. Paul also revealed that he will be undergoing physical therapy and did not mention needing surgery. There is no word on when he will be returning to the ring. Paul does have something to..

RKNo: Another Bad Randy Orton Injury Update

That’s rather serious. Injuries are one of the worst things that can happen to a wrestler as you never know how bad something is going to be at first. Then comes the waiting, as you have nothing else to do but see just how long someone is going to be out of action. Sometimes that can be for a good while and in worse cases, it can be indefinite. Unfortunately an all time legend is dealing with the latter. Back in May, Randy Orton left WWE TV to deal with a back injury and has not been seen since. According to Fightful Select, Orton underwent some sort of back fusion surgery at some point this year. WWE sources have reportedly said that the company will be lucky to have Orton back after his recovery. However, when he was initially injured, Orton said that he would be back at some point. There is nothing in the way of a guess about when Orton could return to the ring. Orton is amazing when he is able to be in the ring. Check out what he can do when he is around: [This post contains vid..

What? More Details On Possible Steve Austin WWE Return, Potential Options

Those are some big ones. There are certain stars in wrestling history who have eclipsed almost any other name and are among the all time greats. There are not very many of these wrestlers and you know them when you see them. It means a lot when one of them is able to come back and do something, even for one night, and now there is some speculation about another appearance. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Viper Memories: Randy Orton Posts Tribute To Umaga And Rosey Over the last few weeks, there have been teases of Steve Austin returning to the ring for one more match, possibly at WrestleMania 39. Possible dream match opponents would be Brock Lesnar, John Cena or Logan Paul, though it is not clear if these are names WWE is considering. The entire situation is still said to be in the ..
