That’s a serious problem. There have been all kinds of wrestlers throughout WWE’s history and unfortunately several of them have left the company under less than ideal circumstances. Some of those instances are due to something taking place in a wrestler’s personal life, which is what seems to have happened to a former WWE star whose career fell apart as a result. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: OUCH: NXT Star Reveals Separated Shoulder, Out Of Action Former WWE star referee Brad Maddox appeared on Wrestling With Rip Rogers and revealed that his WWE career came to an end due to pornography and sex addictions. Maddox said that his addictions became mind consuming and his was not focusing on his work. He was released from the company in November 2015 after insulting the crowd during a dark match. During his time in WWE, he served as a wrestler, a referee and the Raw general Manager. Maddox had an interesting career. That would be a change. The biggest wrestling story of the year has been the return of Vince McMahon to WWE. McMahon has taken his former role as Chairman of the Board, with the reported goal of selling the company. This has led to the question of whether McMahon will return to the creative side of the company. Now we might know a little more about such a change. Earlier this week on Monday Night Raw, Brock Lesnar accepted MVP’s offer of a match against Omos at WrestleMania 39. The match would be a first time pairing as Lesnar and Omos have never faced each other. According to WrestleVotes on Twitter, the match was McMahon’s idea, who pushed it through and made it happen. It’s a different kind of show. There are all kinds of WWE events throughout the year and some of them are a bit more personal than the rest. While televised events go in a certain way, live events are much more geared to the crowd and that allows for some more unique moments. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Plan A: Here Are The Original Plans WWE Title Plans For WrestleMania 39 (They’re Different) Over the weekend, WWE held a live event in Rockford, Illinois, featuring a six man tag match featuring Braun Strowman, Sheamus and Drew McIntyre vs. the Bloodline. Before the match, McIntyre was posing on the top rope when Sheamus lifted up the back of McIntyre’s kilt to look underneath. Strowman laughed at the situation, with McIntyre playing along as well. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Ouch: AEW Personality Says He Might Have Suffered A Broken Jaw This Week The main event of this week’s edition of AEW Dynamite saw Jon Moxley defeat Evil Uno via submission. The win marked Moxley’s 100th in AEW, making him the first wrestler to reach the milestone in the company. AEW has kept records of wins and losses since the company began. Moxley also holds the records for most reigns as AEW World Champion (three) and the most combined days as AEW World Champion (347). Moxley has been a star in AEW.
