LOOK: Seth Rollins’ Unlikely Shield Replacements

The new wave? Stables are a way for a wrestling promotion to put stars together in a group and see what they can do. It has long since been a way to make things less complicated and some of the more iconic moments in wrestling have something to do with a stable. This is still the case in modern times and we got a strange call back to one of them over the weekend at a WWE live event. Over the weekend, WWE ran a live event in Bismarck, North Dakota. The show’s main event saw the Miz, Seth Rollins and Austin Theory team up against Kevin Owens, Dolph Ziggler and Bobby Lashley. During the match, Lashley was knocked down, leaving Rollins to lead his partners in the Shield’s fist pose. Lashley and company would come back to win the match, which served as the show’s main event. But now it’s turned into a six team tag match between with @fightbobby teaming with @HEELZiggler and Kevin Owens against @_Theory1, @WWERollins and @mikethemiz #wwebismarck pic.twitter.com/QJyFuT4Ttg — The Willster (..

First Up: WWE Teases Logan Paul’s Summerslam Match

That’s one down. We are on the way to Summerslam later this month and the show has the potential to be a big one. What matters most is that the show has the biggest card and the top stars in the company but that is easier said than done. WWE has the roster to make it work, and now they are one upping things by bringing in a new star to put him on the show as well. WWE has heavily hinted that Logan Paul will face the Miz at Summerslam on July 30. A tweet showing Paul holding up a sign saying he was coming for Miz has been posted, with a Summerslam hashtag included. This comes after Paul announced that he had signed a full time contract with WWE earlier this week. Paul has wrestled in WWE before, including teaming with Miz to defeat the Mysterios at WrestleMania 38 in April. Following the match, Miz turned on Paul, which set up their match at Summerslam. What Does “Angry Miz Girl” Think About His Recent Title Win?

One of the most infamous professional wrestling fans of all time is Caley, who is better known as “Angry Miz Girl”. This fan was visually upset in 2010 when The Miz won his first WWE Championship and was not afraid to show off her displeasure. Somewhere, #AngryMizGirl pouts again. #WWEChamber @mikethemiz pic.twitter.com/0BOPl8pcpR — WWE Universe (@WWEUniverse) February 22, 2021 But what does Caley think about the idea that he is once again the WWE Champion? She recently spoke with Abhilash Mendhe of Sportskeeda and had the following to say regarding the title change: “I personally think he’s one of the best on the roster, I know it’s a big change from my opinion 10 years ago but I love him when he’s a heel champion, I think he’s got the personality for it down to a T.” “I loved meeting The Miz and he was always super kind to me and he worked super hard, so I definitely think he deserves it.” Her reaction earned her a Slammy back in 2010: [This post contains video, click to play..

Bully Ray Gets Involved in Feud Between Usos & Hardy Boyz

Bully Ray is currently employed by ROH. Despite this, the wrestler is in the WWE Hall of Fame alongside D-Von Dudley. For this reason, it came as a surprise to many when he joined in on the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship conversation on social media. The feud on social media initially kicked off with a video-tweet by Matt Hardy. He tweeted that he and brother Jeff were watching McMiz and The Usos as they were ringside for SmackDown Live last week. Hey @WWEUsos, @mikethemiz & @shanemcmahon.. WE’RE WATCHING. #SDLive pic.twitter.com/JcPPXyqwo8 — The MULTIFARIOUS Matt Hardy (@MATTHARDYBRAND) March 6, 2019 Ray wouldn’t enter yet. However, Hardy’s tweet would prompt The Usos to respond. The Champions would welcome the two Hardy Boyz and note that they haven’t been “locked down” into the Uso Penitentiary yet.
