WRESTLING RUMORS: WWE Possibly Spoils NXT Reunion On The Main Roster

That would be a change. You never know when you might see someone return to WWE after a long hiatus and it can make for quite the fun moment. Occasionally someone will pop in after a long hiatus and find something new to do in the company. That was the case back at the Royal Rumble and now it seems that one of the returning superstars might be bringing someone with her. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Uh Oh: Backstage Belief On Vince McMahon’s Involvement With WWE Sale Chelsea Green made her surprise return to WWE in the Women’s Royal Rumble and has since continued to appear on the main roster, portraying a “Karen” like character. As shown by a fan in a tweet, Green’s entrance graphics contain an RS logo, which is the same logo for the Robert Stone brand in NXT. Green is a former member of the Robert Stone Brand before being called up to the main roster for the first time. There has been no mention of Stone on the main roster and no word on when or if he might debut. Not the robert stone bra..

WOO! Opponent(s) Announced For Ric Flair’s Final Match

They’re up last. In less than two weeks, WWE will be presenting Summerslam in Nashville, Tennessee. The show will be one of the biggest of the year for WWE but there are other things going on in the same place. In addition to Summerslam, Ric Flair’s Last Match will be held in Nashville, and now we know the most important part of the entire show, as an announcement has been made. Bleacher Report Wrestling’s Twitter account has revealed that Ric Flair’s final match will be a tag match as he teams with Andrade El Idolo vs. Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett, with Karen Jarrett in their corner. El Idolo is Flair’s son-in-law and Flair has managed him in various matches over the last few years. Lethal and Flair had a history in Impact Wrestling with Lethal impersonating Flair, while Jarrett was part of the Four Horsemen with Flair in WCW. WWE Completely Dropping NXT Character, New Name Revealed

Switch it up. Sometimes, a wrestler needs to change course in a way. This could be anything from switching from good to evil or getting a manager or just changing the way their matches go. Other times it is a much more dramatic change and can include a wrestler being completely repackaged. That seems to be the case again, as a unique gimmick is going away. According to PWInsider.com, WWE has dropped the Mei Ying character in NXT. The character, played by Karen Q, was an ancient witch who led the Tian Sha stable. Karen Q is still with NXT but will be going by the name Wendy Choo going forward. There is no word on when she will debut or what this will mean for Boa, the other member of the Tian Sha stable. Help You It Can, Yes? NXT Introducing Yoda Inspired Character

That would be a crossover. There are all kinds of characters in wrestling and it is pretty hard to come up with something actually original or fresh. With so many things that have been done before, there is very little left to see. Sometimes you need to look into other areas to make it work, and that seems to be what NXT is going for with one of its newer characters. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Mei Ying of NXT’s Tian Sha stable will be billed as over 1,000 years old and will be presented like Yoda from Star Wars. When she eventually wrestles a match, she will be a martial arts expert. Ying is being portrayed by Karen Q, who has been out of action for nearly two years with a knee injury. There is no word on when she will wrestle again. This could be interesting. Reby Hardy Continues to Blast Jeff Jarrett — He’s Burning Through Karen’s Alimony Money

Reby Hardy responded to a remark made by Twitter user @KingCrump83 that if it wasn’t for her recent trash talking the legal battle over the “BROKEN” gimmick would have been resolved by now.

“Some people say that if it wasn’t for @RebyHardy talking trash all the time, GFW would have signed off on the contract already. I dont know.”

Hardy responded to these remarks with a series of tweets on Twitter. Here is what she wrote:

“If they were going to, they would have LONG BEFORE I ever said anything again. My recent speaking out was after the last straw for us… after weeks of staying quiet, as per our verbal agreement that was made once Billy & our lawyers reached out to them on our behalf… Apparently they couldn’t hold up their end of it, with Jeff, Ed & Dutch continuing to give interviews & lie to anyone would who listen… For what ? EGO; that’s what this is all about. TNA gains NOTHING they didn’t already have by putting us through this mess… attempting to prevent us from making money ? Trying to shut down an entire ROH PPV ? Yeah, we haven’t forgotten about that… but they want you to, as they gloat of ‘building bridges’ to detract from the fact that they can no longer fund their own programming… Lets keep it real; Jeff Jarrett burns bridges like he burns through Kurt Angle’s alimony money. They were never going to cooperate… regardless of how many chances we gave them to do things amicably/the right way. And there were MANY… Jarrett himself said they were going to ‘drag it out as long as possible’ because ‘they’ll get tired of spending money’… Easy for a failing company & someone whose lifestyle is supported by his wife’s ex husband to say. You weak AF, little man… The ONLY thing we’re tired of are the blatant lies & we will NEVER back down. Even tho we’ve ALREADY WON. #NoCredEd #f***ThatOwl”
