However, I’ve thought that, for the most of the year, the Eagles have been the most complete team with that explosive office, under Jalen Hurts. Because of the fact that I think the Eagles have..

WATCH: Montez Ford And Bianca Belair Represent WWE At NFL Playoff Game

It’s part of the job. Despite its problems, WWE is still the biggest and most powerful wrestling promotion in the world. The company is active in several countries, but the majority of its work is done in the United States. It makes sense for the company to want to be associated with some of the biggest sporting events in the country and they tried to do so again this week. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Again: WWE Reportedly Makes More Office Cuts This Week Monday Night Raw stars Montez Ford and Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair appeared on NBC’s pre-game coverage of the Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Kansas City Chiefs NFL playoff game. Ford talked about the energy being the same as you find at a WWE event and Belair talked about the high stakes. Both picked the Chiefs to win, which would wind up being correct. It was a cool moment. Monday Night Raw Results – June 13, 2022

Monday Night Raw Date: June 13, 2022 Location: Intrust Bank Arena, Wichita, Kansas Commentators: Corey Graves, Byron Saxton, Jimmy Smith It’s the first Raw without Cody Rhodes in a bit and that doesn’t exactly leave us with a ton of options. The biggest problem would seem to be the lack of a main event star around here, but maybe we can find someone in the Money in the Bank qualifying matches. Let’s get to it. We open with MizTV with special guest Paul Heyman. Miz talks about the Money in the Bank ladder match and puts over how important the briefcase can be, including his two wins. Heyman says that the percentages don’t matter because whoever wins is going to lose to Roman Reigns. We hear about Reigns vs. Riddle on Friday, so here is Riddle to discuss various testicles. Riddle is ready to win the title on Friday but Heyman doesn’t think Riddle is even going to win tonight. As for Friday though, he can win, or he can never have another title shot ever. Heyman brings out the Usos but..

Alexa Bliss Explains Needing Plastic Surgery After Series Of Injuries

That’s a unique injury. There are all kinds of ways for a wrestler to get hurt and some of them can be quite the fluke accident. That doesn’t make things any better, but it can cause quite the set of problems of its own. Sometimes a series of fluke accidents can require something to be done and it seems that was the case during a WWE star’s recent hiatus from the ring. During an interview with Wichita, Kansas’ T95 The Rock Station, WWE’s Alexa Bliss revealed that she suffered six broken noses over the course of her career. As a result, her nose had collapsed, requiring her to undergo sinus surgery. The operation took place during her hiatus from WWE between September 2021 and February 2022. Bliss has since returned to WWE TV and is wrestling full time again. There is a bit here. Check out the full interview: [This post contains video, click to play] Opinion: That is something that could be a lot worse and thankfully Bliss seems to be ok. Having something happen that many times tak..

SmackDown Live Coverage And Results – May 27, 2022

Smackdown Date: May 27, 2022 Location: Simmons Bank Arena, Little Rock, Arkansas Commentators: Michael Cole, Pat McAfee We’re almost up to Hell In A Cell and that means it might be time to actually add some things to the card. I’m not sure what the main event is actually supposed to be but maybe we get something else this week. If nothing else, New Day has a mystery partner to FINALLY wrap up their feud with the Brawling Brutes. I’m sure. Let’s get to it. We open with a recap of the Usos taking out RKBro last week to unify the Tag Team Titles. Randy Orton was injured pretty badly last week to put him on the shelf for the time being. Here are the Usos for a chat. After thanking Roman Reigns for making this possible, we hear about how the Usos recently celebrated twelve years in this company and they couldn’t have done it without the fans. The fans have cheered and booed them while seeing their up and definitely (Jey’s word) seeing their downs. After all their time together and all th..

SmackDown Results – January 28, 2022

Smackdown Date: January 28, 2022 Location: T-Mobile Center, Kansas City, Missouri Commentators: Michael Cole, Pat McAfee It’s the go home show for the Royal Rumble and that means it is probably time for the fabled face to face showdown. In this case, that likely means Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins, who just don’t have that much history together. Other than that, we are likely going to get the final push towards tomorrow night. Let’s get to it. Opening sequence. Here is Charlotte to get things going. She promises to do what Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs will never do: bring a championship to Kansas City! Charlotte promises to win the Royal Rumble on Saturday, where there will be returns and betrayals. There are going to be people fighting and clawing to go to Wrestlemania. Cue Shayna Baszler to interrupt, saying that this is her language. Baszler is going to win, but here is Aliyah to brag about her world record. She is feeling confident, but here is Natalya to interrupt, calling Al..

SmackDown Results – October 22, 2021

Smackdown Date: October 22, 2021 Location: Intrust Bank Arena, Wichita, Kansas Commentators: Michael Cole, Pat McAfee We’re done with Crown Jewel and that means it is time to start getting ready for Survivor Series. The big story coming out of the show is Roman Reigns retaining the Universal Title as Paul Heyman managed to stay in the middle while still interfering in the match. That could mean more than a few things going forward so let’s get to it. We open with a recap of Roman Reigns retaining the Universal Title over Brock Lesnar, albeit with an assist from the Usos and a title belt shot. Here are Reigns and Paul Heyman for a chat to get things going. Reigns isn’t happy with Heyman, as he doesn’t get why the title was thrown into the middle of the ring last night. Reigns: “Shall we work on this?” He demonstrates how to put the title in his hand and says that Heyman isn’t good as his job. We hear Reigns’ various monikers, including the greatest Universal Champion of all time. Rei..

Update On Brock Lesnar’s Upcoming WWE Status And Schedule

That’s a fast turnaround. This week, WWE presented its latest event from Saudi Arabian with Crown Jewel. The show was one of the biggest shows that WWE presented this year and it featured one heck of a stacked card. With the show now out of the way, it is time to start dealing with the event’s fallout. It turns out that we may be seeing it sooner than we thought. The main event of WWE Crown Jewel saw Roman Reigns defeat Brock Lesnar to retain the Universal Title, albeit with an assist from the Usos and a title belt shot. Following the event, Lesnar said that “the moment I arrive at SmackDown, I will beat Roman Reigns senseless.” While not confirmed, this would suggest that Lesnar will appear on this Friday’s SmackDown from Wichita, Kansas. When @BrockLesnar was leaving Saudi Arabia, Brock was quoted saying, “The moment I arrive at SmackDown, I will beat Roman Reigns senseless.” ? #WWECrownJewel pic.twitter.com/Mu9YQlVDw7 — WWE (@WWE) October 21, 2021 Lesnar can do some damage whe..

SmackDown Live Coverage And Results – August 27, 2021

Smackdown Date: August 27, 2021 Location: Simmons Bank Arena, North Little Rock, Arkansas Commentators: Michael Cole, Corey Graves, Kevin Owens It’s the fallout from Summerslam and in this case we have a pair of huge returns to television with Becky Lynch and Brock Lesnar coming back to Smackdown. I don’t think there is much of a secret of where the two of them are going but I’m curious to see where they are going in both cases. Let’s get to it. We open with a recap of Becky Lynch’s return, where she beat Bianca Belair to win the Smackdown Women’s Title in less than thirty seconds. Here is Becky Lynch, with a jacket that makes her look like a matador, to say she is back on top. A year and a half ago, she had to give up her Raw Women’s Title in a hard moment. It was giving up her identity but she has been working every day since to get back here. Now we get to Summerslam, and the fans don’t seem to like that. She knows there have been some people unhappy with her, but she is sorry…....

Main Event Results – July 29, 2021

Main Event Date: July 29, 2021 Location: T-Mobile Center, Kansas City, Missouri Commentators: Kevin Patrick, Byron Saxton The fans are back, but unfortunately it seems that the changes that had been taken place around here are not. Last week felt a lot like the Main Event days of old, which is far from exciting news. Normally I would say that I’m not surprised, but I really can’t say I am with this show. Let’s get to it. Opening sequence. Jaxson Ryker vs. Drew Gulak Ryker powers him into the corner to start so Gulak does it to him as well. Gulak’s slap to the face doesn’t seem to be the best idea as Ryker is back with a spinning slam. We hit the armbar on Gulak as we hear about Ryker’s military career again. Gulak switches into a cravate to hold Ryker down and it’s off to a cross arm choke. Ryker powers up into some ax handles to the chest and a release slingshot suplex drops Gulak again. The swinging Boss Man Slam finishes Gulak at 5:17. Result: Jaxson Ryker b. Drew Gulak – Swingi..

Monday Night Raw Live Coverage And Results – July 26, 2021

Monday Night Raw Date: July 26, 2021 Location: T-Mobile Center, Kansas City, Missouri Commentators: Jimmy Smith, Byron Saxton, Corey Graves It’s time to find out how bad Raw can get this week, which tends to be the new low every week. Last week’s show was one of the biggest head scratchers I’ve seen in a very long time and it could be terrifying to see just how low things can get. We are less than a month away from Summerslam and it’s time to build things up. Let’s get to it. We open with a recap of last week’s Women’s Title match and Nikki Ash cashing in Money in the Bank to win the title. Here is Nikki Ash to get things going. She finally gets to welcome us to Raw and talks about how she didn’t believe she could get here. Nikki has worked to get here and once she finally started believing in herself, she accomplished her goals. If she can do it, everyone can do it and we can all be almost superheroes. Cue Charlotte to talk about how last week wasn’t fair and she is getting her rem..

Monday Night Raw Star Has Coronavirus, Out Two Weeks

It’s the new reality. The Coronavirus pandemic has shaken up the entire world and there is nothing to suggest that the situation is going to be completely solved anytime soon. Things are better than they were just a few months ago, but there is still a lot of work to be done. There are also going to be a lot of people catching the virus, which is the case in wrestling again. The recordBar in Kansas City, Missouri has announced that Jeff Hardy’s upcoming appearance at the venue has been postponed due to Hardy contracting the Coronavirus. As a result, Hardy will be forced to quarantine for two weeks, meaning he will be missing the next two weeks of WWE events as well. There is no word on when the two weeks of quarantining will begin. Hardy wrestled on last week’s Monday Night Raw. Hardy is certainly a legend. Check out what he has done in his WWE career: [This post contains video, click to play] [This post contains video, click to play] [This post contains video, click to play] ..

On the road again. The Coronavirus pandemic has changed the world in a huge way with the wrestling industry being shaken up as well. The biggest change has been the lack of fans being in the arenas. AEW Dark Results – February 28, 2020

If you would like to check out this show for free, you can see it in full right here: Dark Date: February 28, 2020 Location: Silverstein Eye Centers Arena, Kansas City, Missouri Commentators: Excalibur, Tazz Hosts: Tony Schiavone, Dasha Gonzalez This is a bit of a special edition as the show was uploaded on Friday instead of the usual Tuesday due to Revolution on Saturday. Odds are it is going to be the same kind of show as we always see and I’m not sure what that is going to mean. It’s all going to depend on the wrestling, which tends to be the case more often than not. Let’s get to it. Sonny Kiss vs. Luther Luther goes straight at him with the chops on the ropes, followed by a kick to the face. Choking with the jacket ensues and Luther hits him with the bell…which isn’t a DQ. Luther gets some near falls off some suplexes but Sonny kicks him in the face. A cartwheel kick to the ribs in the corner has Luther in more trouble but he powerbombs Sonny down. Luther grabs a camel clutch a..

CM Punk Allegedly Consumed Alcohol

Bruce Prichard made the following remarks on his latest podcast installment about the time CM Punk consumed alcohol despite lving a “straight edge” lifestyle:

“I looked at him and said, ‘so you don’t drink, you don’t do drugs, you don’t do anything?’ [CM Punk] says ‘no, but I’m not a prude either.’ I said: ‘okay, explain that.’ So he explained that he really didn’t want to judge others that did choose that lifestyle and this is what got him over with me automatically. He was in Kansas City or St. Louis or somewhere and it was Harley Race’s birthday and he was in a camp; Harley’s camp and they were out at a restaurant bar type thing and they wanted to do. Everybody got shots for Harley’s birthday. Now Punk doesn’t drink, don’t do drugs, but he took a shot out of respect for Harley Race.”

“And he goes, ‘you know, Harley asked me to do it, one shot’s not gonna kill me. I’m not gonna go get hammered, I took a shot out of respect for Harley Race and for whatever reason I just thought that was cool. That just kinda showed the love and passion he had for the business and respect for the old-timers. He didn’t have to and it would have been fine.”

Click here for the full podcast.
