This is the case with sponsors or owners, but also with their corporate partners. Former AEW Champion Reportedly Not Backstage For Months This week on AEW Dynamite, President Tony Khan announced that the All-Atlantic Title will officially be named the International Title starting next week with Orange Cassidy’s defense against Jeff Jarrett. The move was announced as a tie-in to the new Warner Brothers film Shazam 2: Fury of the Gods. According to Fightful Select, this move has been in place for months, as Warner Brothers Discovery had wanted “something big” to tie into the film. It was fun while it lasted. There are so many wrestlers on the WWE roster that it can be easy to forget about some of them. To make it even more complicated, there is also the NXT roster, which features stars who are not on television nearly as often. Sarray signed with WWE in 2020 but her debut was delayed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. She appeared infrequently on NXT and was eventually repackaged into an anime inspired character who transformed with a magical necklace. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Hi There: International Star Makes Official WWE Debut Liv Morgan was a guest at Tuesday’s New York Knicks game in Madison Square Garden to promote WWE’s upcoming live event in the same venue. During the night, Morgan was acknowledged as a guest of the team and presented with a customized Knicks jersey with her name on the back. Also during the night, Morgan was shown watching the game while a fan spoke to her, but she barely acknowledged anything he said. Lee, who announced that he had signed with WWE in December, was listed under the Dragon Lee name. This is similar to how previous new signees debuted in the crowd before. He’s available. There are some incredibly talented wrestlers throughout the world who do not get to appear on the big stage that often. While they might appear on some very big shows, they do not make regular appearances in either WWE or AEW. The more the merrier. AEW has shaken up the wrestling world in a variety of ways, including offering all kinds of fresh content to wrestling fans. As a result, there is a lot more big budget wrestling to be seen in the United States, but that is far from the only place wrestling can be enjoyed. One of the drawbacks of this is having wrestlers miss time due to international issues, which seems to be the case again for several names. The biggest wrestling story of the year so far has been Vince McMahon ending his retirement after about five months to return to WWE. McMahon’s return has led to several questions, including a lot of people wondering if he will return to his former position in WWE creative. Some injuries can take place all at once while others are the kind of that build up over time. Both have to be taken care of though and now we know a bit more about a WWE star who had to go under the knife earlier this year. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: WATCH: International Star Announces He Is WWE Bound Back in October, Tommaso Ciampa revealed that he had undergone surgery to repair his hip, which has since been mentioned on WWE TV.
