That would be a change. The biggest wrestling story of the year has been the return of Vince McMahon to WWE. McMahon has taken his former role as Chairman of the Board, with the reported goal of selling the company. This has led to the question of whether McMahon will return to the creative side of the company. Now we might know a little more about such a change. Earlier this week on Monday Night Raw, Brock Lesnar accepted MVP’s offer of a match against Omos at WrestleMania 39. The match would be a first time pairing as Lesnar and Omos have never faced each other. According to WrestleVotes on Twitter, the match was McMahon’s idea, who pushed it through and made it happen. According to multiple reports, WWE has filed a new notice with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), claiming that they learned of two additional payments totaling $5 million that was paid by Vince McMahon. The filing claims that the payments are unrelated to the $14.6 million in “certain unrecorded expenses” that date back to 2006. Throughout his multiple runs in WWE, Lesnar has been one of the most dominant stars the company has ever seen. Even though he only appears occasionally now, it means something when he shows up. Shane McMahon has been named the Executive Chairman of Ideanomics, a company involved in the electric vehicle and hydrogen fuel cell industry. Shane has been a part of the company since 2010 and is a former Vice Chairman.
