In a new YouTube video, Hulk Hogan has endorsed the Fabulous Rougeau Brothers, Jacques and Raymond, to be inducted this year. The Rougeaus teamed together in the WWE from 1986-1990. The photo shows Richards using a walker and wearing what appears to be a medical gown in a medical facility. Richards said that the last four weeks have been difficult but “hopefully the road to recovery starts asap”. He promised to explain what was going on via his YouTube channel and Instagram. What are they up to? AEW has filed a new trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, looking for “AEW Collision” to be found under entertainment services. This filing seems to suggest that the company is adding another television show to its lineup, as the trademark is listed as a show. AEW already airs Dynamite on TBS and Rampage on TNT while their streaming shows, AEW Dark and AEW Dark: Elevation, air on YouTube. AEW’s PPV events air on Bleacher Report. If someone holds a championship for a long time, it can make them feel like that much bigger of a star. By making fans wonder what is going on and where a story might be going, a company can get a long way in a short amount of time. Over the last few weeks, WWE has been dropping clues related to something known as the White Rabbit. While it is unclear what that might be, one of the most popular options has been the return of Bray Wyatt to WWE. While there is always the chance that someone is going to get hurt in a regular match, there are ways to up the danger by adding some kind of stipulation. Unfortunately it seems that another star was injured in one of the more violent matches of the year. In a new YouTube video from JOFO In The Ring, AEW’s Matt Menard revealed that he suffered a shoulder injury during the Blood & Guts match on the June 29 Dynamite. Menard said that he has torn parts of his shoulder, labrum and rotator cuff, but he will be able to rehab the injuries and avoid surgery. The injury took place during a spot with Santana during the match. There is no word on how long Menard will be out of action, though he has been appearing on AEW TV in non-wrestling segments. It’s a different audience. AEW has come a very long way in less than three and a half years and a lot of that is due to the variety that you are going to see on any one of their shows. The company has figured out how to put together a bunch of different pieces to make events more enjoyable. This often means not focusing on just one thing, but that might be changing in the future. According to PWInsider.com, AEW has trademarked the term “All Elite Women” for a variety of uses, including streaming pay per view events over the internet. While not confirmed, this could mean that AEW is planning for either some kind of a show focused on women or featuring women.
