Words matter. There are certain stars in WWE history who are bigger names than others, to the point where they are deemed legends. Those are the people who are going to get attention no matter what they are doing and it can make a big difference to have them around. Most of those appearances are saved for special events, such as the recent Raw XXX. Now we know a detail about what happened on the show. ….What? Former WWE Writer Reveals Bizarre Ideas That Didn’t Make It Very Far
It would be an idea. There are all kinds of ways to present a wrestling story and some of them can be issues fans can relate to. At the same time though, there are some stories that are a little bit more outside of reality, as you would not be likely to see them take place in most people’s lives. Now we are hearing about some pitched ideas in WWE that would fit either list. Former WWE writer Brian Gerwitz took to Twitter in response to recent “discussed” Royal Rumble plans. Gerwitz revealed some ideas that were “discussed” during his time with the company. Gerwitz mentioned two stories, neither of which ever made it to television. First up, there was an idea pitched of Vince McMahon having a midlife crisis, resulting in him growing a beard, wearing a Hawaiian shirt and singing Black Eyed Peas songs. Bring them on in. We are rapidly approaching the start of the Road To WrestleMania 39 and that means it is time to get ready for the biggest events of the year. WWE puts on some of the most important shows of the year over WrestleMania weekend, but not all of them take place in the ring. Now it seems that the company is planning some more events in addition to their regular wrestling cards. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: The Other Way: WWE Makes Another Policy Change (And This One Might Not Be So Popular) According to WrestleVotes, WWE wants additional interactive shows throughout WrestleMania weekend. These shows would be similar to Undertaker’s 1DeadMan show, with fans participating and the featured star telling stories. Shows featuring Steve Austin and Trish Stratus have been discussed but there is nothing to suggest that anything has been finalized. WrestleMania 39 is scheduled for April 1 and 2, 2023.
