There’s A Market For It: WWE And E Discussing Possible Wrestling Reality Series

A different look. There are a lot of different wrestlers on any given roster, but some of them are even more unique as their significant other is also involved in the wrestling business. You do not see that happening very often, but it can make for a rather interesting subject. It might be interesting enough to take a special look at them, which is what WWE may be trying to do. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: WRESTLING RUMORS: WWE Planning Huge Brock Lesnar Match For WrestleMania 39 According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE has been in talks with the E Network about a reality show based around wrestling couples. WWE is reportedly looking for “legitimate” wrestling couples, though it is not known who might be included in the series. There is also no word on if the series has been finalized, though WWE and E do have a history together with Total Divas and Total Bellas. WWE has done romance angles before. Another Long Term Name Quietly Leaves WWE

One more for the road. The WWE roster has been changing all over the place in recent months and there is nothing to suggest that all of the moves are done. These changes have made for some very interesting shifts, including some names finally being let go after years with the company. There are some who were surprises for another reason, such as fans realizing they still worked for WWE. We seem to have another case like that. According to PWInsider.com, JoJo Offerman quietly left WWE several months ago. Offerman was brought in for the first season of Total Divas but mainly worked as a ring announcer. She did wrestle a handful of matches, most prominently teaming with the other Total Divas to defeat the True Divas at Survivor Series 2013. Offerman has been in a relationship with Bray Wyatt for several years, giving birth to a son and a daughter in the process. You might have forgotten her. Surprising WWE Creative Plans For Eva Marie

That’s a job for her. Every now and then in wrestling, you see someone who pops off the screen at you. It might be for one reason or another, but most of the time there is a level of charisma to them that you cannot ignore. That can open a lot of doors and it can even make up for a lack of in-ring abilities. It seems that we are seeing that take place all over again. On May 3, Eva Marie made her return to WWE television after a four year absence. This included the first in a series of vignettes with Eva Marie talking about how she wanted to help other women become stars. According to Fightful Select, the current plans for Eva Marie is not for her to wrestle, but for her to help get over female wrestlers over. There is no word on when Eva Marie will appear in the arena rather than in a pre-taped vignette. Eva Marie made her WWE debut in 2013 as part of the first season of Total Divas. Paige Tells Total Divas Cast That She Will See Them Soon

<p><strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/wrestler/paige" title="Paige">Paige</a></strong> sent out the following tweets congratulating the new cast members of Total Divas and told them that she will see them soon:</p><p>As previously noted, Paige was not a part of the upcoming season because she hasn’t been on the road with the company due to her neck injuries. It is still possible that she becomes a cast regular <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/tag/again/" title="again">again</a></strong> upon her return to WWE, that is if she returns. Her status with the company appears to be up in the air given the <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/tag/drama/" title="drama">drama</a></strong> that has surrounded her personal life lately. She was suspended for a wellness violation, involved in sex tape scandal and may be facing battery charges for an assault on her boyfriend at an airport.</p>

WWE Had to Shorten the Women’s Championship to Fit Alexa Bliss

<p>RAW Women’s Champion <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/wrestler/alexa-bliss" title="Alexa Bliss">Alexa Bliss</a></strong> recently spoke with Great Day Houston. Here are some highlights from the interview:</p><p><strong>Why she chose to get into professional wrestling:</strong> “It’s such an amazing sport, I watched it growing up and it was never really something I knew I could get into, but once I got the opportunity I knew I had to get on it and I knew I had to try for it. I told my mom, I said, ‘Mom I’m going to try out for WWE.’ Her response was, ‘The heck you are!’ She was like ‘You’re are not doing that!’ So I had to try out without her knowing but know she’s like the biggest supporter and so <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/tag/proud/" title="proud">proud</a></strong> of me.”</p><p><strong>Being on Total Divas:</strong> “It’s a lot of fun I’m just starting to get into it. They filmed us all in Japan which was really cool, we got to <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/tag/dress/" title="dress">dress</a></strong> up in all these really cool character outfits and it was a lot of fun. It’s really cool, except like, I myself am a very private person and I’m not as mean as I appear to be. But its been a lot of fun and its been really cool to see how everything works. I just feel bad cause sometimes they as me ‘What are you doing this week?’ And I’m like ‘I’m sitting at home with my dogs watching Netflix, what are you doing?'”</p><p><strong>Her championship title:</strong> “This is the RAW Women’s Championship. What’s funny is – this is a little backstage information – the championship had to be shortened for me because it was so big on me, they actually had to take off size to let it fit me. Tyson Kidd Backstage at Tuesday’s SmackDown Tapings

<p>PWInsider reports that <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/wrestler/tyson-kidd" title="Tyson Kidd">Tyson Kidd</a></strong> was backstage at Tuesday’s SmackDown Live tapings in San Diego.</p><p>Kidd has not been backstage at a WWE event since suffering his neck injury in a match against <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/wrestler/samoa-joe" title="Samoa Joe">Samoa Joe</a></strong> back in 2015. WWE removed Kidd from Total Divas before, however it’s <a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/2017/06/27/tyson-kidd-receive-non-wrestling-gig-wwe/">been confirmed</a> that he will be back on the next season.</p>

<p><a href="http://www.prowrestlingsheet.com/tyson-kidd-backstage-producer/#.WVMJNJDyvb0" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Pro Wrestling Sheet</a> reports that <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/wrestler/tyson-kidd" title="Tyson Kidd">Tyson Kidd</a></strong> will be moved into a non-wrestling role with WWE.</p><p>According to the report, it’s too <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/tag/early/" title="early">early</a></strong> to determine if the role will be a backstage one such as a producer or an on-air personality. Kidd has been out of action since suffering a career-ending injury during a match against <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/wrestler/samoa-joe" title="Samoa Joe">Samoa Joe</a></strong> back in 2015.</p><p>Speaking of Kidd, he is also set to return to Total Divas next season after sitting out the previous one.</p>
