Farewell: AEW Star Not Likely Returning To The Company

June 15, 2022

Maybe later. AEW has quite the talent roster, comprised of a varying mixture of wrestlers. This includes established veterans, current top stars and young up and coming talent. With so much talent available, it is impossible to keep track of everyone and sometimes a wrestler might not be able to fit in on the roster. That is the case again and you might not be seeing a young star again. According to Fightful, Jake Atlas is not expected back with AEW in the future. Atlas has not appeared with the company since he tore his ACL in January. Despite being shown in the “Jake Atlas Is All Elite” graphic that normally means that he is signed to a contract, Atlas was on a per appearance deal. Since then, Atlas has been arrested for domestic violence. AEW has not commented on Atlas’ situation. Opinion: I don’t know how much of a surprise that this is as Atlas has not been seen or mentioned in AEW in months. He also was never a top star and then had the injury as well as the legal issues. What ..

AEW Star Reportedly Arrested Over Domestic Violence Charges

May 31, 2022

That’s a serious one. There are all kinds of wrestlers in the world and some of them are among the most larger than life characters that you will find in any form of entertainment. Watching them on television can be a lot of fun and you do not know what you might get to see from one week to the next. However, these wrestlers have lives once the cameras turn off as well and now one of them is having a serious issue. According to PWInsider.com, AEW’s Jake Atlas has been arrested and reportedly charged with domestic assault. Atlas had called his partner to pick him up at a bar before suggesting that the two go to a third person’s home. This resulted in an argument when Atlas’ partner paid more attention to the third person involved than Atlas. Eventually Atlas was taken back to the apartment he shares with his partner, who attempted to leave. Atlas reportedly attacked him and scratched his partner’s arm and tore his shirt. Atlas is scheduled to be arraigned on misdemeanor battery charges..

NXT Locker Room Reportedly Unhappy Over Nash Carter’s Firing

April 12, 2022

It might not go well. While a lot of wrestling is a regular day to day operation, there are some occasions where things do not go as usual. That may often be for a bad situation, and it can cause some issues for the other people in the promotion. That is the case at the moment in WWE, as a recent release is not going well for the people who are still with the company. Earlier this month, WWE released Nash Carter over allegations of domestic violence from his wife, Kimber Lee, and a photo of Carter with a Hitler mustache. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, the NXT locker room is not happy with the decision to release Carter, as he was well liked backstage. The photo is said to be from when Carter, now 27, was 19 years old. WWE is said to have been aware of the situation before the story went public. There is no word on where or when Carter may wrestle next. Opinion: I’m not sure how well this is going to go, but I don’t think we’re going to be seeing Carter wrestle again in WWE, o..

BREAKING: WWE Vacates Titles, New Champions Crowned Next Week

April 8, 2022

We need someone new. Champions are some of the most important people in all of wrestling. Holding a title means something in the industry as it shows fans who the most important wrestlers are, as those shiny belts are easy to spot. Someone losing a title means a lot, and now that has taken place again, though this time it wasn’t inside of a wrestling ring. Last weekend, MSK (Nash Carter and Wes Lee) won the NXT Tag Team Titles for the second time, defeating the Creed Brothers and reigning champions Imperium. Earlier this week, Carter was released from the company following domestic violence allegations and the release of a photo of him impersonating Hitler. WWE has announced that the titles have officially been vacated, with new champions being crowned next week on NXT. No teams have been announced for the title match and MSK is not listed in the article. There is no word on Lee’s future in NXT. Opinion: You had to know this was coming and WWE didn’t have much of a choice. Either the..

Update On Nash Carter’s WWE Release, WWE Reportedly Didn’t Believe Allegations Against Him

April 8, 2022

That’s a twist. Wrestling is a weird industry, as it is known that the wrestlers are acting and playing characters, but at the same time, it is their job to make you believe that what they are doing is real. That can make it more interesting when someone does something outside of the ring, which seems to be the case again. This time though, it isn’t entirely clear what has WWE more upset. Earlier this week, WWE released NXT Tag Team Champion Nash Carter after his wife Kimber Lee accused him of domestic violence as well as wearing a Hitler mustache and doing a Nazi salute. According to Wrestling Observer Live, WWE released Carter due to the photo and not the violence allegations, as Lee’s statement was seen as unreliable. There is no word on what this means for the NXT Tag Team Titles. Opinion: I’m not sure what happened in this whole situation, but I’m curious to know why WWE does not think Lee is credible. While Carter is a star in NXT, he doesn’t seem like the kind of star that WWE..

BREAKING: WWE Releases Reigning Champion Over Domestic Violence Allegations

April 6, 2022

That’s a big change. There are a lot of wrestlers on the WWE roster today but sometimes some of them leave the company for one reason or another. That might be for something rather negative and those situations can often be for a serious matter. That seems to be the case again, as a rather prominent wrestler has been let go from the company over an allegation. According to Sean Ross Sapp, NXT Tag Team Champion Nash Carter has been released from WWE. This comes after Carter’s wife, Impact Wrestling wrestler Kimber Lee, accused him of domestic violence and posted a photo of him with a Hitler mustache and doing a Nazi salute. However, the wife of Carter’s partner Wes Lee has posted a tweet of her own, saying that Carter is the victim of Kimber Lee’s mental abuse and Carter and Kimber Lee have not been together. There is no word on what will be done about the title situation. I can now confirm this information — Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com (@SeanRossSapp) April 6, 2022 Hey @WWENXT t..

July 17, 2021

That’s rather intimidating. There are a lot of people in the wrestling world and some of them are well known not only for what they do in the ring, but also what happens outside of it. Sometimes that can be a very bad situation, which has been the case with a former couple of wrestlers. Even though their relationship has ended, things might not be quite done. Alberto Del Rio and Paige were involved in a romantic relationship from at least May 2016 until December 2017, during which the two were engaged to be married. During their time together, the two had various issues and altercations, including drug issues and alleged domestic violence events. The two ultimately split up but the allegations have continued since. Now Del Rio is at it again with some strong claims. April 15, 2018

He could not stay away from the ring. Rich Swann had quite the whirlwind of a 2017 in a short span of time as he was once a WWE superstar, then he and the company mutually agreed to part ways, and following that Swann decided that he no longer wanted to be a pro wrestler and announced his retirement from the sport. In December of 2017 Swann was suspended indefinitely by WWE for violating their zero tolerance policy for domestic violence. Rich Swann and his wife Vannarah Riggs, also known as 'Su Yung' were involved in an altercation with one another that resulted in Swann being arrested. Rich Swann was arrested on charges of battery and false imprisonment, and in January of this year the charges that were placed against him were dismissed due to lack of evidence to find him guilty. The following month after being cleared of the charges Swann and WWE agreed to mutually part ways. After his departure from company Swann had dates lined up with the 'CRASH Lucha Libre' ..
