Interesting Note On How WWE Locker Room Feels About AEW

Call it a battleground. WWE is still the biggest wrestling promotion in the world and that has been the case for a very long time now. AEW Star Dealing With Knee Issue, Misses Match

That would be a reason. There is one thing that every wrestler has in common: they can all be injured. No matter how well trained or experience they may be, there is always the chance that something could take them out of action. It might be something built up over time or something that happens all at once, but it can happen to anyone. That seems to be the case again. VIDEO: Matt Hardy Trolls Fans Hard At Independent Event

That’s some quality trolling. There are certain wrestlers who just connect with the fans in the right way. You see them come to the ring and the fans instantly react, which is not something that happens very often. It can be a mixture of a lot of things and the wrestler’s theme music is one of them. That was used in quite the act of messing with the audience over the weekend. AEW’s Matt Hardy appeared at a Battleground Championship Wrestling event at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Saturday. Hardy was scheduled to wrestle in a tag match and said that he was bringing in family to help. The Hardys’ WWE theme song played and AEW’s Marq Quen appeared, imitating Matt’s brother Jeff. Matt posted a video of the event to Twitter, laughing at the fans for being “extreme marks”. This got some attention. How A WrestleMania 37 Match Almost Didn’t Happen

What could have not been. There have been a lot of stories taking place in wrestling this year, to the point where you might not remember every major thing that has taken place. With so many things going on, it can be easy to forget some of the things that have happened, no matter how big they might have been at the time. Monday Night Raw’s Damian Priest was recently a guest on the Battleground podcast and discussed his partnership with Bad Bunny, which included a tag match at WrestleMania 37. According to Priest, the plan for the tag match was dropped the day before the Royal Rumble, only to be switched back the next day. Priest said that Triple H told him about the change, with Bunny saying that he wanted to work with Priest personally. Bunny and Priest would defeat Miz and John Morrison at WrestleMania. Priest debuted on the main roster at the Royal Rumble, where Miz and Morrison destroyed Bunny’s DJ equipment. As a result, ..

Welcome back? There are all kinds of different matches in the wrestling world and some of them are a lot more unique than others. You don’t get to see all of them every week as it could get dull in a hurry. Sometimes a promotion finds a match that it only busts out in extreme situations, with WWE being no exception. One such match be making it’s return soon. In a new interview with El Brunch de WWE, Jinder Mahal discussed the history of the Punjabi Prison match. Mahal mentioned that Great Khali designed the match and then appeared to help Mahal win his edition of the match against Randy Orton at Battleground 2017. While Mahal said that he did not want to have too many matches inside the structure, he did want to face Drew McIntyre in such a match. No match between the two has been announced as of yet, though they are feuding. The Punjabi Prison match consists of a pair of cages made of bamboo surrounding the ring. No More: Wrestling Couple Ends Romantic Relationship

It’s sad to hear. Wednesday nights have become the battleground for the closest thing to the Monday Night Wars in over twenty years. AEW Dynamite and NXT has been going head to head for just shy of a year and a half now with Dynamite mostly getting the better of things. There are some rather strong opinions on both sides, but not everyone involved disagrees on things. Now though, things are going in a different direction for two people. Relationships in wrestling are a hard thing to pull off as wrestlers have some rather hectic schedules. Wrestlers do not leave normal lives and it can make for a rather difficult situation. One of the easiest way to make such a situation work is for two wrestlers to get together. Now though, that is not going to be the case again for a pair of wrestlers from two different companies. AEW wrestler Aaron Solow has announced via Twitter that he and SmackDown star Bayley have called off their engagement and ended their relationship, though the two will rem..
