WWE veteran Bayley took to her Twitter (X) account to reflect on her ten-year journey on the main roster — commemorating the tenth anniversary of her RAW debut. Bayley furthermore pledged to continue advocating for women’s wrestling.
Bayley wrote, “A decade of RAW, SMACKDOWN, AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN. Thank you!” In a separate post, she wrote, “WOMEN’S WRESTLING FOREVER!”
Bayley wrestled her inaugural main lineup match at Battleground in July 2016, on the flip side she officially debuted on the main roster on the August 22 — 2016, edition of Monday Night RAW when then-GM Mick Foley introduced her as the newest addition to the roster. Since then, Bayley has built a historic career, achieving every major accolade in the company. She is the first-ever Women’s Grand Slam and Triple Crown Defending champion, along with a previous Royal Rumble and Money in the Bank winner.
In fresh months, Bayley’s WWE future has been a topic of speculation. She has not emerged since losing to Lyra Valkyria at the Saturday Night’s Headline match special in July and is believed to be considering her options before signing a novel agreement. On the other hand, Valkyria has regularly mentioned Bayley on WWE television, suggesting that a re-emergence might be on the horizon.
