TNA Wrestling severed ties with Max Caster following his controversial freestyle rap during his entrance at Bound for Glory 2026 on Sunday, as previously covered by PWMania.com. Caster used an unapproved line referencing the bombings in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which led to the decision.

The report furthermore indicated that some talents felt TNA should share responsibility for the incident — particularly for failing to have Caster review his rap in advance. Additionally, they noted that everything seemed fine after the event while on the bus transporting talents from the venue to the hotel.
PWInsider.com later brought word that TNA President Carlos Silva decided to fire Caster after the special event concluded. Caster moreover issued a statement addressing the situation, apologizing to Silva and the TNA office — and expressing that he felt he had let them down.
