John Cena lost his WWE title at the 2017 edition of the WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view in a Chamber Match to ”The Eater of Worlds” Bray Wyatt. He was eliminated by Bray courtesy of a Sister Abigail, but not before eliminating ”The A-Lister” The Miz himself. This seemingly points that WWE is building up to a confrontation of sorts between the two superstars in the near future.
Meanwhile, WWE also planted the seeds for the Nikki Bella-Maryse fued when ”The Fearless” Bella knocked Miz’s Better-Half down (unintentionally) in the backstage area during her altercation with ”The Queen of Black Harts” Natalya Neidhart.

The scheduled match between Natalya and Nikki ended in a ”No Contest” on the Elimination Chamber 2017 PPV after both the ladies didn’t make it to the ring in time before the 10-count. This rivalry doesn’t seem to have reached the finish line yet, as Nattie attacked Nikki backstage. The storyline between Nikki and Nattie could culminate in the coming weeks on WWE Smackdown Live, which would then, kickstart the Maryse-Bella fued.
As for the WWE Championship picture, Bray Wyatt has finally captured his first singles title after eliminating both ”The Face that Runs the Place” John Cena and ”The Phenomenal” A.J. Styles to become the new WWE Heavyweight Champion. Now, Bray would focus on main-eventing WrestleMania 33 against his ‘brother’ Randy Orton.
The Mixed-Tag-Match is a rarity in the WWE and based on how Cena and Miz are gifted orators this could very well be a hot feud if booked right by the Smackdown Live Creative Team. It would be a unique addition to the WWE WrestleMania 33 Card.
