It was announced this week on Monday Night Raw that next week’s December 26 edition will be the “Absolute Best Of 2022”, featuring highlights and clips from throughout the year. This comes after WWE had no television taping announced for Monday night, as the company will instead be running a pair of live events at the same time. Opinion: This is the best thing that WWE could do with next week’s show. Coming the day after Christmas is going to likely mean a weaker audience in the first place so why try to do something else? It isn’t like you can run back to back Monday Night Raw’s at one taping, so just punt for the week and be able to start the new year on a fresh foot. Go with what makes sense, which seems to be what WWE is doing next week.
