There’s your return. There are certain stars who are bigger than just about everyone else and there is no way to hide it. You do not see too many of them throughout WWE history but you certainly know one when you see them. That is the case in modern WWE as well and now one of the biggest stars in the history of the company will be making a return to television.

John Cena’s return to WWE was announced this week on Monday Night Raw. Cena will be returning on the June 27 Monday Night Raw from Laredo, Texas. The show is the final episode before Money in the Bank, though it is not clear what Cena will be doing. This will be Cena’s first appearance since August 2021, when he lost to Roman Reigns in the main event of Summerslam.

Opinion: This is one of those things that could change a lot for WWE, if nothing else for the sake of growing the audience. Cena is one of the few names who is a bigger star than anyone else on the roster no matter what he is doing and there is always the chance that he is getting back into the World Title hunt. Odds are he will be doing something at Summerslam, which would certainly be a big deal for anyone he gets to work with.

What do you want to see Cena do when he gets back? Who would you like to see him face? Let us know in the comments below.
